The 2003 Stuttgart Six-day race promises to be exciting after the flying Dutch duo of Robert Slippens and Danny Stam upset the apple cart and scored their first major six-day win in Bremen in January 2003. This will leave the German riders hungry for success in Stuttgart, with Bruno Risi and Kurt Betschart also hungry for success and Belgian/Australian pairing of Matt Gilmore and Scott McGrory also wanting another win after their victory in Munich in November 2002.
